Summary
This website does not ask you to create an account and does not store the details you type into the quote form. We only receive your details if you choose to send them to us on WhatsApp or by phone.
The quote form
When you press the button on the quote form, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message containing the details you entered, such as the car make, model, year, condition and location. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in WhatsApp yourself.
Information you send us
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive your phone number and anything you choose to share, such as car details, photos and your location. We use this only to give you a price, arrange the pickup and complete the purchase of your car, including any paperwork needed for the sale.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. We only share it where it's needed to complete the sale, for example with the tow truck driver collecting your car, or where the law requires it.
Third-party services
WhatsApp is run by Meta and your messages are covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. This website is hosted by Netlify and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may process basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete our WhatsApp conversation and any details we hold about you at any time by messaging us on 052 606 8789.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
