How payment works
Once you accept our offer, that number is fixed. When our driver arrives, he checks the car matches the photos and details you sent, you hand over the keys and documents, and he pays you there and then. Only after you've been paid is the car loaded onto the truck.
Cash or bank transfer
Most customers prefer cash in hand. If you'd rather not handle cash, we can pay by bank transfer instead and you'll see it before the car leaves. Tell us which you prefer when you accept the price.
Why the price doesn't change at pickup
Surprise deductions happen when a buyer quotes without seeing the car properly. We ask for clear photos and honest details up front, so the price we quote is the price you get. If the car is very different from what was described, we'll tell you before anything moves.
Questions
When exactly do I get paid?
At pickup, before the car is loaded onto our truck.
Will you deduct towing from the cash?
No. Towing is free and nothing is taken off the price.
Can I get paid by bank transfer?
Yes, if you prefer. Let us know when you accept the offer.
