What makes same-day pickup possible
Our tow trucks are based in Al Quoz and move around the city all day. Once you accept our price, we fit your pickup into the nearest available slot. The earlier you message, the easier it is to collect the same day.
What can slow it down
Most delays come from access or paperwork: a basement that needs building security approval, a gated community where the truck must be registered, a missing Mulkiya, or a bank loan still on the car. Tell us about any of these when you message and we'll sort them out in advance.
Getting ready for the truck
Have your Emirates ID, the Mulkiya and the keys ready, empty the car of personal belongings and remove your Salik tag. That way the pickup takes minutes.
Questions
How late can I message and still get same-day pickup?
The earlier the better. Morning messages are almost always collected the same day; later requests may move to the next morning.
Do you collect on weekends?
Message us with your preferred day and we'll confirm availability.
Is same-day pickup free?
Yes. There's no extra charge for fast pickup.
